When you opt in to receive text messages through our platform, or initiate a text conversation with a Pentup Innovation-powered phone number, we may collect:

• Your name and mobile phone number as provided through our consent form or as identified by your incoming text message
• The content of text messages you send to and receive from our platform
• Information related to your appointments or service interactions with our client businesses, such as appointment dates, times, and service details
• Opt-in and opt-out records, including timestamps and method of consent

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information solely to:

• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates on behalf of our client businesses
• Respond to customer support inquiries you initiate via SMS
• Communicate changes to your scheduled appointments

Data Retention

We retain your phone number, message history, and consent records for as long as you remain opted in to our messaging service. If you opt out by replying STOP, we will retain a record of your opt-out request to ensure we honor it, but will no longer send you messages. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics purposes.

Your Choices
