Pentup Innovation LLC provides AI-powered customer communication tools for small businesses. Through our platform, participating businesses offer SMS-based messaging for appointment management and customer support. Messages may include:
By completing the consent form at pentupinnovation.com/sms-consent.html and checking the consent box, or by initiating a text message conversation with a Pentup Innovation-powered phone number, you expressly agree to receive automated text messages at the mobile phone number you provide. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with participating businesses. You may receive messages related to appointments you schedule, including confirmations and reminders, as well as responses to inquiries you initiate via text.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you wish to re-enroll, you may complete the consent form again or text START to the number you previously received messages from.

Our service is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
